Ishara Ariyasena is the Managing Director of Wraplane Pack Solutions, a company dedicated to delivering creative and innovative packaging solutions. With a strong background in finance, management, and leadership, she brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to the business, ensuring Wraplane continues to grow as a trusted partner for its clients.

Educated at Bishop’s College, She went on to complete her CIMA qualification in 2013 and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wales. Her academic foundation and professional training have equipped her with a solid understanding of business strategy, financial management, and operational excellence.

Before founding Wraplane, She built her career in the hospitality industry as Assistant Finance Manager at Cinnamon Red Hotel, where she gained valuable experience in managing finances for a fast-paced, customer-focused organization.

Beyond her professional career, Ishara has been actively involved in leadership and service through Rotaract. As a former Rotaractor of Achievers Lanka Business School, she held several key positions, including Vice President (2015/16), Secretary (2014/15), and Director in Club Service Avenue (2013/14). These experiences not only strengthened her leadership skills but also deepened her commitment to teamwork, service, and community engagement.
